By accessing and using the services of Sewunet Trading Software & IT Consultancy, you agree to the following terms:
Service Scope
We provide software development, system administration, IT consulting, and design services as agreed upon in written contracts or verbal agreements.
Payment
All payments must be made based on agreed milestones or upon project delivery. Delayed payments may affect support and future updates.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the client owns the final product. We reserve the right to reuse base code and tools developed internally.
Support & Maintenance
Free support is available during the warranty period (usually 1–3 months). Extended support requires a maintenance agreement.
Data Privacy
We respect your confidentiality and take measures to protect your data. We do not share or sell client data to third parties.
Revisions & Updates
Revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Update schedules will be based on client requests and our availability.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service with reasonable notice. Completed work up to that point will be billed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by third-party tools, server issues, or misuse of the software by the client.
